Access to housing will be allowed by electronic means, which will be provided prior to arrival.
Times are;
Entrance: From 15h on the day of arrival.
Departure: until 12h on the day of departure.
Exceptions will be possible upon availability.
All guests over 16 years of age are required to complete the online registration. You will receive an email with the registration link.
A deposit of € 200 will be deposited and will be returned within a period of less than 48 hours once the condition of the property is verified.
This deposit may be delivered in cash or by bank transfer always prior to entry.

It is not allowed to throw Wcs, compressed papers or any non-human object or residue.
The sound level limitation is 40dB from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and 30dB during the rest hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
The rules of the community of neighbors will be respected.
Overnight stay of people not previously registered for this purpose is not allowed.
At no time will a larger number of people concur simultaneously within the dwelling than the one indicated.
The alteration, manipulation or disconnection of any lock or means of access to the house or its parts is prohibited.
Any alteration in facilities, or furniture of the house is prohibited.
Failure to comply with any of these rules will be grounds for immediate termination of the contract without the right to any compensation, which will force the abandonment of all guests immediately.
